One year on: reflections on the Referendum
13 October hundreds joined the Uluru Dialogue for a special webinar event.
“This was such a great conversation. Thank you to all of our panelists, who shared their favourite images from the YES campaign and their own personal reflections one year on.
Many of you have asked if the webinar will be posted online, unfortunately a technical glitch means the first 15 mins are missing (!), but on the link below you’ll hear from Aunty Jill Gallagher, Prof Megan Davis, Fiona Rowe, Bridget Cama and Aunty Pat Anderson AO.” Uluru Statement from the Heart (USFTH) newsletter 30 October.
On 12 October – the anniversary weekend kicked off with a live panel event, presented by USFTH together with the Shoalhaven Walking Together Alliance (SWTA)
“We had an amazing turn out for this event, thank you to all who came along. It was a great to have a chance to meet so many of you and have a chat. After a smoking ceremony with Gadhungal Marring we moved inside where Uncle Gerry and Aunty Ruth kicked things off. After an incredible performance from the Mudjingaal Yangamba choir, John Paul Janke moderated a panel that included our very own Geoff Scott and Aunty Pat Anderson.
They were joined onstage by Cleone Wellington from Waminda for a really interesting discussion which you can now watch on YouTube.” Uluru Statement from the Heart (USFTH) newsletter 30 October.
