Who are we:
A small volunteer organisation committed to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples through developing friendships, cultural understanding and shared experiences.
What we do:
Activities include:
- Each year since 1998, Noonga has hosted a Sorry Day ceremony on or around 26 May at the Stolen Generations memorial site in Kalinga Park, Brisbane.
- Art gallery tours focused on First Nations perspectives.
- A stall at the annual Nundah Festival.
- Elders’ lunch.
