Who are we:
Friends of Reconciliation – Adelaide Hills Inc. (FoRAH) was established after the ‘Voice to Parliament’ Referendum in October 2023. Incorporated in 2025, we support the adoption of the Objectives of the Uluru Statement of the Heart.
What we do:
Respectfully working together, we are progressing Reconciliation within the Adelaide Hills and broader Australian community.
Our aims:
- Encourage fellow residents of the Adelaide Hills to recognise and value reconciliation and to keep on learning about how to move forward for reconciliation.
- Develop a welcoming model of consultation and partnership between First Nations people and our movement of friends.
- Initiate activities that are both consistent with and dedicated to achieving the aims of the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
- Align our activities by clearly identifying their contribution to achieving the established Closing the Gap targets.
- Operate in a way that together advances reconciliation and enhances unity with diversity across our communities and eradicates racism from our lives.

First Sunday of the month at 2pm, at Woodside Institute.
